1. What this is

Parq Social Casino Club is a social game for iPhone. Using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. You must be 18 or over

The app is for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that social casino games are lawful where you live.

3. Club Chips are not money

Club Chips are a scorekeeping device inside a game. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and can never be redeemed for money, goods or prizes. They can be removed, adjusted or reset at any time, including by you.

4. No gambling, no prizes

Nothing in the app is a wager and nothing pays out. Success here says nothing about real-money gambling, which carries risks this app does not.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

• modify, decompile or tamper with the app or its stored data;
• automate play, or use tools to manipulate chips or outcomes;
• use the app for anything unlawful;
• attempt to resell chips or accounts — there is nothing to sell.

6. Third-party slot demos

Slot demos belong to the studios that made them and run from their servers in demo mode. We do not own them, cannot change them, and are not responsible for their content or availability. Trade marks and artwork belong to their owners.

7. The app is provided as it is

We work to keep the Club running and fair, but the app is provided without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, may contain errors, and may change. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it — noting that no money can be lost through play.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it, which also deletes your progress.
