Is it really free?
Yes. There are no in-app purchases, no chip packs and no subscription. Club Chips arrive free and refill on a timer — there is no screen anywhere in the app that takes payment.
Can I win real money?
No. Club Chips have no cash value, cannot be bought and can never be exchanged for money, prizes or anything else. Parq is a game, not gambling.
What happens when I run out of chips?
You wait a little or come back tomorrow. A top-up lands every three hours, the daily bonus grows with your streak, the Club Wheel spins once a day and there is a weekly chest. If you are truly empty, the Club floats you a rescue stack.
What does “provably fair” mean here?
Before each round the app shows the SHA-256 hash of the seed that decides it, so the seed is committed before your stake is in. After the round it reveals the seed. Put both through the formula printed in the game and you get the same outcome the Club paid on.
Are the slots real games?
They are the studios’ own demo builds — Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, BGaming and others — running exactly as they do anywhere else, in demo mode. Their published RTP, volatility and max win are shown before you open one.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email and no password. Your chips, streak and progress are stored on your device.
What happens if I delete the app?
Everything goes with it. Progress is kept on the device, not on a server, so a delete or a reset clears it for good.
Why are some games locked?
A few open as you climb the Club ladder. Hi-Lo and Roll the Line open at Copper, Club Keno at Plum. XP comes from playing, claiming and spinning — nothing about it can be bought.
Are there ads?
No. Nothing interrupts a round, and nothing is sold between them.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, on a current version of iOS. There is no Android build and no web version.
