This End User Licence Agreement is between you and the makers of Parq Social Casino Club. Downloading or using the app means you accept it. It sits alongside Apple's own Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which also applies.
1. The licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
2. What the licence does not allow
- Copying, renting, leasing, lending, selling or sublicensing the app.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Removing or altering any proprietary notice.
- Using it to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The app is licensed, not sold. All rights in the app, its code, artwork, house games and brand remain ours or our licensors'. Slot demos and their artwork remain the property of the studios that made them.
4. In-app content
Club Chips and every other in-app item are licensed to you as part of the app, have no monetary value and are not property. Nothing in the app is for sale.
5. Updates
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. This licence covers those too.
6. Termination
The licence ends if you breach it, and ends whenever you delete the app. On termination you must stop using it and remove it from your devices.
7. Apple
Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
8. Warranty and liability
The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with the app is limited to the amount you paid for it — which is nothing.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
